Thanks to crystal for the treat of the buffet style. Feast on the Move this concept is good but there is still improvement to it.
Eg. Details is unclear via Phone and email content. So guest and friends, who want to try it (if) next time. Do get everything clearly with black and white.

Received a treat from friends. At first thought, i was wondering what kind of muffin is it. Then i saw the box name, 1 caramel. It came from a high standard and quality of the food from One Rochester Group, fine dinning group.
Among the 4 muffins, my favorite is the Black Forest muffin. It has a strong rum taste when u eat it. There is chocolate chip in the muffin. Not just that, at the bottom of the muffin got a small surprise, a plum. All the muffin is baked just nice. Soft and easy melt in your muffin. The raspberry and the orange one nice too, flavor just right. For friends who like green tea flavor, you should try the Green Tea muffin. Strong green tea in the muffin. Too strong for my taste bud.

Freshness Burger (Singapore)

A fast food restaurant chain from Japan, “Freshness Burger” had reached Singapore at NEX @ Serangoon. It has finally open its door in this sunny island on 1st December 2010. Most of the food is in A la Carte order. It is at basement 2 opposite of Cold Storage Supermarket. Sales of burger, sandwiches, salad, drinks are available.
I went today to have a visit of NEX Shopping Mall and also to have a taste of this burger store that has brought in from Japan.
My Personal Review:
I have order a teriyaki burger and a coke.
The veges is fresh and crispy with mayo(i think) on top of it.. The bread is soft and has a faint butter taste. The meat is good, fresh too. Seem like when u order it, they will then cook it. I don’t feel oily except is juicy inside the meat. The overall size of the teriyaki burger is small for me and the price for just only the teriyaki burger cost SGD $4.50.
Overall: The food is fresh and nice but the cost is pricey for me. For others, they may willingly to pay for quality food. To me, there are still some improvement to make as it is their first store to be open at NEX Serangoon. Give them some time. Their website stated on their recipe seem like is not ready yet.
