HDR of Garden by the bay
Had this compact camera from Casio Singapore Ptd Ltd for a photo review. Thank you! I had visited Garden by the bay last Saturday for a day and night shoot but the weather sudden changes from hot to wet. Thought of canceling the trip but since I’m already there, I might as well stay on. As what I had predicted, the rain had stopped in less than an hour. The trip continues but only night shots. That is why I had less day shot than night shots, I shall visit garden by the bay again for more day shots and will bring a tripod next time for night scene as these updated photos(id:Day 2) which you had seen is hand-held only. Shall visit more area to take photos where I usually hang out for my photography journey. Let’s briefing introduce this camera.

Battleship Movie review

Went to watch the premiere of Battleship at The Cathay, 10 April 2012. Thanks to STGCC (Singapore Toy, Game & Comic Convention) for the pair of ticket.
The film was directed by Peter Berg. Starring Rihanna as Petty Officer (GM2) Cora Raikes, Liam Neeson as Vice Admiral Shane, Samantha’s father. It took place at Hawaiian Islands. Lt. Alex Hopper (Taylor Kitsch) begins Navy life when his older brother Stone Hopper (Alexander Skarsgård) ordered him to join the Navy after a chicken burrito incident at the pub. The first estimated 30min is about how Lt. Alex Hopper win Samantha Shane (Brooklyn Decker)’s heart at the pub and the love life. The real action begins at about 30 minutes plus. That day, is a Navy joint exercise with other countries at the Pacific Ocean.

They created 3 satellite dishes to communicate to the far away planet to determine any lifeforms is there. About a few days, a large object traveling towards the direction of Earth had been detected by NASA. They contacted the team at Hawaiian Islands to have a look.
Before the object is near to Earth atmosphere, it had break into a group of 5 objects came falling into Earth. One of it crashed into Hong Kong and it is spoiled due to the impact that it knocked off one of the satellite floating in the space. The other 4 objects landed at the Pacific Ocean where the Navy is having their exercise. And their action begins. Shall not talk much about it. Go watch the movie at any nearby cinemas. Opens in Singapore on the 12 April 2012. There is sneak preview on the 11 April.
My personal rating for it, 4.8 out of 5. Great action, storyboard is good, excellent graphic, with some minor comedy in it. Salute to the actual U.S. Navy sailors as they were used as extras in various parts of this film.

The good old days. Comedy. Life. First Love. Emotion. School. Past time.
It is a flashback style of movie. But the important is the content inside the movie. There are jokes around school life and those group of admirers who admires a certain girl.
Synopis
Adolescence is like a heavy rain. Even though you catch a cold from it, you still look forward to experiencing it once again.
Ko-Teng has several close friends who had a crush on Shen Chia-Yi. Those friends of Ko’s thus moved in unison from Ching Cheng’s junior high school straight into the senior high school division in pursuit of her.
Naughty in nature, Ko was ordered by their homeroom teacher to sit in front of honor student Shen for her to keep close tabs on him. The two hadn’t hit it off at first but Ko gradually fell for Shen, who was always pressuring him to study hard. On the other hand, Shen became impressed by the contrasting values Ko represented. Ko started pursuing Shen but Shen remained hesitant.
After graduation from senior high, Ko and Shen almost became a couple but the deal was spoilt by a dukeout competition organized by Ko.
Growing up together to witness their beloved Shen walking down the aisle to become someone else’s wife, these boys have learned their coming-of-age lessons and continue to pursue each’s happiness.

A nice boxing movie with metal-pack. A bonding between father and son who has been separated since son’s birth. After max’s mother pass away, he is to be return to his own father. To fight for his son’s custody but he sold his son to his mother’s sister but in the end, their bonding even better. The atom is the robot that max the kid found at a junkyard.
